These Terms of Service govern your use of WebLynx Solution's website, products, and services.
Services
We provide web design, managed hosting, DNS, SEO foundations, security, and related services as described on our Services and Packages pages.
Payment Terms
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. A 3-month minimum applies; thereafter service is month-to-month. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Cancellation
You may cancel after the initial 3-month term with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we transfer all site files, content, and domain access to you.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you provide and of the final delivered website. We retain ownership of internal tooling and reusable code components.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
