This Privacy Policy explains how WebLynx Solution ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through forms — name, email, phone number, business details, and messages. We also collect basic analytics data (pages viewed, referrer, device type) through Google Analytics.
We also process your IP address briefly for rate limiting on our contact and quote endpoints, in order to block automated abuse. Messages you send to the on-site assistant are processed to generate a reply.
Sources of Information
Our contact database comes from two places:
- Information you provide directly — submitted through our website forms, phone calls, emails, contracts, or in-person conversations.
- Publicly available business information — business name, address, phone number, email, and other contact details listed publicly in directories, search engines, maps listings, and similar business-discovery sources. We use this to identify and reach local service businesses that may benefit from our services.
How We Use Your Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, deliver services, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your information to third parties.
With your consent (see below), we may also use your contact information for marketing — including email follow-ups and advertising platforms such as Google Customer Match. In Customer Match, Google hashes email addresses and phone numbers before using them to show ads across Google Search, YouTube, Gmail, and partner sites. Google does not receive unhashed data for its own independent marketing, and we do not sell your information.
Advertising & Customer Match
When you check the marketing-consent box on a form, you agree that we may:
- Send you marketing emails about our services, offers, and updates.
- Upload your email address and/or phone number to Google Customer Match or similar advertising platforms so you may see relevant ads from WebLynx Solution.
- Create "similar audiences" or lookalike segments based on our existing customers, so Google can show our ads to other businesses that may be a good fit.

Legal Basis
For data you provide directly, our use is based on the consent you give when you submit a form (or, for existing customers, on our legitimate interest in providing and improving our services). For publicly available business contact data, our use is based on legitimate business-interest outreach to other businesses.
Data Retention
We keep enquiry and quote submissions for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship with you, and delete them on request. Rate-limiting records are transient and expire within an hour. Conversations with the on-site assistant are not stored on this site after you close the widget.
Customer Match audience lists and other advertising audience segments are retained only as long as needed for the active campaign and are deleted or refreshed on request.

Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising, and the on-site AI assistant. Messages you send to the assistant are transmitted to our AI provider solely to generate a response. Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own agreement with us; none of them receive your data for their own marketing, and we do not sell your information.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of marketing emails, targeted advertising, and Customer Match lists at any time. Email info@weblynxsolution.com and we will respond within 30 days.
