Shopify Storefront questions

No. Storefront is only for businesses that already have a working Shopify store. We build the custom storefront your customers see and connect it to your existing store.

No. Your Shopify store stays exactly where it is, in your account, managed by you.

Nothing needs to move. Everything stays in Shopify and syncs to your new storefront automatically.

Customers check out through Shopify's secure checkout on your own domain (for example, shop.yourbrand.com), so they never feel like they've left your site.

You do, in Shopify, the same way you do today. Changes appear on your storefront automatically and don't count toward your monthly changes.

Limited access to connect the storefront: an API key for your product catalog, and the domain and redirect settings needed for launch. We don't change your products, payments, shipping, or apps.

Back-office apps like fulfillment keep working as usual. Apps that only display on your current Shopify theme, like reviews or upsells, won't automatically appear on the new storefront. We'll flag these during your connection review.

We set up redirects from your old store addresses to your new storefront and update Google Search Console as part of every launch. No one can guarantee rankings, but we handle the steps that protect them.

No. Storefront works on standard Shopify plans.

You can cancel at the end of your term with 30 days notice. Your Shopify store, products, orders, and customers are always yours and are never affected.
