- Assistant messages are processed by our AI provider to generate a response.
- The site is served from a global hosting network.
Each provider handles data under its own agreement with us; none of them receive your data for their own marketing.
Retention
- Enquiry emails are retained for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship, then deleted on request.
- Rate-limiting records are transient and expire within an hour.
- Assistant conversations are not stored on this site after you close the widget.
Storage on Your Device
The only value we store in your browser is your cookie-consent choice, kept in local storage. No sensitive or personal information is stored client-side.
