A chatbot makes sense when you get enough after-hours inquiries that you're losing leads, or when the same five questions account for most of your inbound calls.
It does not make sense when your website gets ten visitors a week. The chatbot won't fix the traffic problem. SEO and a clear value proposition will.

When you do deploy one, train it on your actual services, service area, and pricing. A chatbot that says "I'll have someone get back to you" to every question is just a slower contact form.
Use it to capture lead information - name, phone, what they need. Then route that to your inbox. The chatbot's job is qualifying, not closing.
